To cancel your attendance and request a refund, please send a written request to us no later than 30 business days before the event date. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a fee of $150 USD. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for no-shows. To submit a cancellation request, please send an email to luminate@makeevents.co.uk.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may request a substitution up to two weeks before the event date. To do so, please submit a written request and we will generate a new confirmation for the replacement attendee.
Yes, registrations can be transferred to another hospitality industry professional up to two weeks before the event date with no additional costs, at the discretion of the event organizers. Please contact luminate@makeevents.co.uk to request this transfer.
We do not have a designated room block. You're welcome to explore accommodations in the area that suit your preferences.
The dress code is business casual.
